Terms of Sale — Digital Downloads
Last updated: September 2026
What you're buying
Mr Beats sells downloadable digital music (MP3 tracks and albums). When you buy a track or album, you are buying a licence to download, keep and listen to that music for your own personal, non-commercial use.
Buying a track or album does not transfer any copyright or intellectual-property ownership to you. All music, artwork and recordings remain the property of Mr Beats.
What you can and can't do
You may:
- Download your purchased music and keep it forever.
- Listen to it on your own devices for personal enjoyment.
You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, share or give away the files to others.
- Upload the music to file-sharing sites, streaming services or any public platform.
- Use the music commercially (for example in videos, adverts or products you sell).
- Claim ownership of, or authorship of, the music.
Access to your downloads
Once your payment is confirmed, your downloads are made available immediately on the confirmation page. Purchased downloads remain available to you through your account, subject to the site's account and download system continuing to operate.
If a paid download fails, is corrupted or won't play, please contact us via the contact page and we'll put it right.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include any applicable tax — the price you see is the price you pay. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
Digital content and your cancellation rights (UK)
Under UK consumer law, you normally have 14 days to change your mind about an online purchase. However, digital content is treated differently.
When you buy from Mr Beats you expressly ask us to supply your digital content immediately, and you acknowledge that by starting your download (or accessing the content) you lose your statutory 14-day right to cancel. Before you pay, we ask you to confirm that you consent to immediate supply and understand this.
This does not affect your statutory rights. If digital content is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you are still entitled to a repair, replacement or refund as required by law. See our Refund & Download Policy.
