Refund & Download Policy

Digital downloads and cancellation
Mr Beats sells digital downloads that are supplied immediately after payment. Under UK consumer law, when you ask for digital content to be supplied straight away you lose your statutory 14-day right to cancel once the supply or download begins. We ask you to confirm you understand and consent to this before you pay.
Because every purchase includes a free 30-second preview, please listen before you buy to make sure the track is what you want.
When you can get a refund
Losing the 14-day cancellation right does not remove your statutory rights. You are still entitled to a repair, replacement or refund where digital content is:
- Faulty — for example the file is corrupted or won't play.
- Not as described — the download isn't the track or album advertised.
- Not delivered — you paid but can't access your download.
In these cases we'll first try to fix the download. If we can't, you'll receive a full refund to your original payment method.
Problems with a download?
If a download fails, is incomplete or the file won't play, try downloading it again from your purchase confirmation or account first — download links are regenerated fresh each time. If it still doesn't work, contact us with your account email and what you bought, and we'll sort it out.
How to ask
Use the contact page and include the email address on your account and the track or album you bought. We aim to respond within a few working days. Approved refunds are made through Stripe to your original payment method.
